These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Image4 website and AI-powered content generation services ("Services"), including but not limited to image generation and video generation. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian's consent.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

Credits & Payments

Our Services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed per AI generation — whether image or video — based on the selected model, resolution, duration, and quality settings. Credit costs are displayed before each generation.

Subscription Credits: Monthly subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and expire at the end of the cycle.
Purchased Credit Packs: One-time credit purchases do not expire and remain available until fully consumed.
Free Daily Credits: Free-tier daily credits refresh every 24 hours and cannot be accumulated.
Refunds: Credits consumed for failed generations are automatically refunded. For billing disputes, please contact us.

AI-Generated Content

"AI-Generated Content" refers to any output produced through our Services, including but not limited to images, videos, and other media formats.

Ownership & License

You retain all ownership rights to the content you generate using our Services. By generating content, you grant Image4 a limited, non-exclusive license to use generated content solely for improving our AI models and Services, unless you opt out in your account settings.

Commercial Use

All content generated through our Services includes a commercial use license. You may use generated images and videos for commercial purposes including marketing, products, advertising, and resale, subject to the content restrictions below.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to use our Services to generate:

Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content (images or video)
Content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
Hate speech, harassment, or content that incites violence
Deepfakes or misleading content intended to impersonate or defame others
Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights (including likeness rights, voice rights, and copyrighted characters)
Illegal content under applicable laws

We reserve the right to review, flag, and remove content that violates these restrictions. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

Intellectual Property

Our website, platform, AI models, and original content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without explicit permission.

Third-Party AI Providers

Our Services utilize AI models from third-party providers including OpenAI, Google, and others. Your prompts, reference images, and other inputs are transmitted to these providers for processing — whether for image or video generation. By using our Services, you acknowledge that your inputs are processed by these third parties subject to their respective data handling policies.

Prohibited Activities

In addition to the content restrictions above, you agree not to:

Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our Services
Attempt to bypass usage limits, credit systems, or access controls
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Services
Use our Services to build competing products or train competing AI models
Resell or redistribute our API access without authorization

Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." AI-generated outputs — whether images or video — may vary in quality, accuracy, and consistency. We do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, suitable for your specific purpose, or free from third-party claims.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Image4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
