- Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.

How We Use Your Information
- Service Delivery: To process image generations, manage your account, and provide customer support.
- AI Processing: Your prompts, reference images, and other media inputs are transmitted to our AI model providers (OpenAI, Google, and others) for processing. This is essential for generating images and video content.
- Service Improvement: Aggregated and anonymized usage data helps us improve model selection, UI, and overall experience.
- Communication: To send service updates, security alerts, and account notifications. Marketing emails are opt-in only.
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with our platform.
AI Content Data Handling
Prompts & Generated Content
- Content you generate (images, videos, and other media) is stored securely on Cloudflare R2 and associated with your account.
- You can delete individual items or your entire generation history at any time from your account settings.
- Reference media uploaded for processing (e.g., image-to-image, video style transfer) is temporarily processed and not permanently stored unless the resulting output is saved.
- We do not use your private generated content for model training unless you explicitly opt in.
Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active.
- Generated content is retained until you delete it or your account is terminated.
- Upon account deletion, all personal data and generated content are permanently removed within 30 days.
- Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
